Humility is the opposite of Ego. Ego is the false idea that we are separate from, or better than, others. It is the “I, Me, and Mine” voice in our head that constantly seeks to possess and gain attention, credit, and control. Humility arises out of the consciousness that is grateful.

Kindness is the opposite of self-centeredness. Kindness is rooted in humility and arises from the deep understanding of truth that all life is interconnected, calling us to treat every being with care & compassion.

A Recap of the
HKL Journey
Since the launch of the HKL Global Movement in Amritsar, India on November 13, 2024, five additional transformative conferences have taken place in Parma, Italy; Vancouver, Canada; Bulandpuri, Punjab; Sydney, Australia and Telford, UK. Together, these gatherings have drawn more than 23,000 attendees in person and over half a million participants online. What began as a vision has now reached 83 countries and territories and continues to accelerate with remarkable momentum.

The message was clear: these virtues are essential for humanity to recognize its true self and live in harmony and joy. Speakers reflected on how ego and fear have distanced us from our natural state of compassion, and how returning to these virtues can restore harmony within ourselves and across society. This gathering initiated a transformational shift, inviting all to embrace Humility, Kindness, and Love in their hearts.

3rd International Conference of HKL Movement
Abbotsford, Canada (August 2, 2025)
Though unable to attend in person, Prime Minister Mark Carney sent a written message of support, honouring the spirit of HKL and the power of collective compassion. The gathering was also graced by a moving performance from Tony Childs, an Emmy-winner singer, whose music echoed the conference arena.

The conference affirmed the universal nature of HKL, transcending religion, culture, and ideology. Panelists shared valuable lessons on actualizing these virtues, suggesting that HKL requires "surrender" and emphasizing the concept of "God's way". The event concluded with the beautiful realization that "The most beautiful place in this world is a human heart".

A Recap of the HKL Journey
Since the launch of the HKL Global Movement in Amritsar, India on November 13, 2024, six additional transformative conferences have taken place in Parma, Italy; Vancouver, Canada; Bulandpuri, Punjab; Sydney, Australia and Telford, UK. Together, these gatherings have drawn more than 23,000 attendees in person and over half a million participants online. What began as a vision has now reached 83 countries and territories and continues to accelerate with remarkable momentum.

Amritsar, India (November 13, 2024)
With the vision of a brighter future for all humanity, a Global Wave of Humility, Kindness & Love was launched from the sacred grounds of Sri Harmandir Sahib in Amritsar, Punjab, India. A transformational shift manifested, inviting each of us to embrace Humility, Kindness & Love in our hearts. This powerful force of HKL echoed far beyond the gathering and touched hearts across the globe.

Parma, Italy (April 5, 2025)
The movement carried forward to Parma, Italy, where Mayor Michele Guerra acknowledged the conference's profound relevance. He captured the moment with these prophetic words: “…We live in a period of anxiety, of fear, of conflicts, and war…and so I think these three words Humility, Kindness, Love could be the real basis of a new renaissance for our soul for our idea of citizenship…”

3rd International Conference of HKL Movement
Abbotsford, Canada (August 2, 2025)
Though unable to attend in person, Prime Minister Mark Carney sent a written message of support, honouring the spirit of HKL and the power of collective compassion. The gathering was also graced by a moving performance from Tony Childs, an Emmy-winner singer, whose music echoed the conference arena.
