Chief Phil Lane Jr. is an internationally recognized Indigenous leader, hereditary chief, and visionary who has dedicated over five decades to the healing and unification of Indigenous peoples across the Americas and beyond. A member of the Yankton Dakota and Chickasaw Nations, Chief Phil is the founder of the Four Worlds International Institute, which works globally to promote sustainable development, Indigenous rights, and spiritual unity.

Deeply grounded in traditional wisdom and spiritual teachings, Chief Phil Lane Jr. has played a central role in building bridges between cultures and fostering reconciliation through love, compassion, and the sacred principles shared by all humanity. He was a key contributor to the 1982 Fourth Way Declaration, which called for healing through Indigenous-led solutions and unity among all peoples.
