We’re inviting artists from around the world to contribute their unique expressions of Humility, Kindness, and Love to be showcased at the 3rd international HKL Conference in Abbotsford, BC, Canada on Aug 2, 2025.

On April 5, 2025, the 2nd HKL International Conference took place in Parma, Italy. The event welcomed 3,500+ in-person participants representing 31 countries, and reached 113,000 online viewers across 85 nations.

Once I book online through the website & select the option to “Collect At Venue” where & when can I pick up my tickets?

Doors open at 9am, there will be a pickup table before security to the right of Gate 1, look for volunteers in blue shirts to help.

How many tickets can I get?

Ticket limits depend on how you book: Online reservations allow up to 6 tickets. In-person tickets at the Box Office will be available until the venue fills

Is there a box office at Abbotsford Centre?

Yes! The Box Office is located to the left of the main gate, Gate 1. Look out for volunteers in blue shirts if you need further help.

If you don’t book online, can I buy tickets at the venue on the day of the event?

Come to the Box Office and you get a free ticket there. The Box Office is located to the left of the main gate, Gate 1.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

As tickets are free there will be no refunds, tickets can be transferred if reserved through Ticketmaster. If you are no longer able to come email surrey@hkl.org.

Does everyone in my group have to be together to get in if I have the electronic tickets?

Yes, if you have multiple tickets your group must be together to go through security and be scanned in, screen shots will not work. Afterwards you will be given a wristband which will give entry back into the building individually. If you are having trouble with your existing ticket please visit the Box Office or look for a volunteer in blue.

Yes, there is parking at the Abbotsford Centre, however it is limited, there is additional parking in the surrounding area on nearby streets and public buildings. We recommend carpooling or taking transit to avoid parking challenges.

The following are prohibited: oversized bags, outside food and beverages, cigarettes, glass or large bottles, animals (except service animals), laser pointers, helium balloons, horns. Empty plastic water bottles can be brought inside the arena.
