Yehuda Mansell

Yehuda Mansell is a is a member of Or Shalom Synagogue. He serves as Resident Advisor at New Hope Community Services, where he lives in refugee housing and provides support to newcomer families navigating settlement challenges. Living alongside newcomer families and working in settlement roles, he models lived compassion and empathy.

Engages over 20 years in youth ministry, homelessness, addiction support, and refugee resettlement initiatives.

Guest Preacher – Canadian Memorial United Church (Vancouver). Delivered sermons as part of their interfaith sermon series. Featured on the Regent College Podcast, where he discussed themes of hope, displacement, and his work with refugees.

Member of Friends of Standing Together (Canada) organizing events to build solidarity across religious lines, especially in response to conflict. Speaks from a Jewish and interspiritual lens, often on trauma, healing, and inclusion.

PhD candidate in the joint program between Durham University and Vancouver School of Theology, based in Surrey, British Columbia.
