One Year of HKL
Marking the one-year anniversary of the Global Movement, the 4th International Conference of HKL Movement returned to Punjab, India.
This three-day event featured profound spiritual teachings, music, and collective meditation.

As the ceremony began, HKL volunteers walked in with the flags of 45 countries, each flag telling the story of the movement’s growing presence around the globe.
The torch ceremony to start the conference is deeply symbolic. It represents the Divine Light that exists within each of us. This light is a reminder that humility, kindness and love are not qualities we need to search for outside ourselves. They already live within us and are simply waiting to be awakened. When the torch is lit it marks a collective moment of remembrance. A remembering of who we truly are.ing about the torch here
Baba Baldev Singh Ji, delivered a hard-hitting message about our current state of existence. He observed that most of us are "living in sleep in ego a reactive behavior," governed by outside information rather than inner truth. He urged us to realize that HKL is not a behavior we learn, but our "God-given virtues" that we must wake up to.
The conference affirmed the universal nature of HKL, transcending religion, culture, and ideology.
Dr. Anna Stewart Ibarra, HKL Ambassador for Panama, captured the spirit of the event perfectly when she welcomed us with a powerful warning: "if you are new to HKL be warned this movement is highly contagious" because it arrives at a time when humanity is "deeply yearning for peace and belonging".
The stage was graced by voices that moved us to tears and inspired us to act:
Sister Hussein Didi shared a moving story of a king who found God only when he embraced his "arch-enemy" with love, reminding us that "the religion of the soul is peace... love... and bliss".
Dr. Girish Kulkarni (Founder of Snehalaya) gave a staggering reality check on the "danger" facing humanity, citing the millions of girls lost to trafficking and femicide, and positioned HKL as the "completing of the unfinished agenda of all prophets".
Krishna Mandava taught us the "science of the spirit," explaining how "personality defect removal and ego removal" are the keys to restoring balance in a divisive world.
Tony Childs ignited our energy with her performance, reminding every soul in the room: "I see you... you are beautiful... you've got everything inside you that you need".
