The reason for our diseased state is simple: We are not in touch with the virtues of HKL inside us.
These are not things to be acquired from outside, but truths to be uncovered. They reside in us. We are not in touch with them, because our consciousness is always wandering outside.
We become more beautiful when we come inside and get in touch with the virtues of HKL.
"The How" is more important than "the What"
It is through our deeds (habits) that we shape our destiny—determining our success or failure, our sense of fulfillment or emptiness. Hence, our deeds are very important.
But surprisingly, even more important than our deeds is HOW we do those deeds.
We may carry out the same action when we are sad, angry, or indifferent, or we may do it humbly, kindly and lovingly.
Everyone is living, but the true difference lies in how we live.
The most beautiful way to live life is to live with Humility, Kindness & Love.
